Alpha Phis cherish life-long friendships rooted in kindness, love and respect for one another.  We believe in the concept of Watchcare - our sisterhood encourages support of one another through the good times and the bad, whether that is helping one another with academics or providing support during a rough time. Sisterhood is the core of Alpha Phi and Idaho Alpha Phi’s love spending time together! Sorority life introduces you to relationships and bonds that will last a lifetime. One of the most important assets of a sorority is the connection and support members gain from friendships with other women. Alpha Phi values and encourages the cultivation of a true sisterhood, which grows through both formal and casual events.

Our Big & Little program in Alpha Phi is one that is designed to help our new members navigate life in a sorority and as new college students.

Big & Little Reveal is one of our most anticipated events of the semester - future big sisters hide and wait in anticipation of their little sister finding them! Sisters dress up in matching, fun outfits or hide in large, gift-wrapped boxes to help their Littles find their match. Big & Little Reveal is the official start to an unending bond and friendship with your sisters, giving members the opportunity to make friends for a lifetime!

Sisterhood  &

The sisters of Alpha Phi enjoy a variety of sisterhood events together all throughout the year. These events create a strong bond between sisters and a happy break between our busy college schedules. Annually, we have flower-picking sisterhoods, paint fight sisterhoods, movie nights, pumpkin carving, and so many more! Our absolute favorite is "Raft Trip" where we head to Riggins, Idaho and float the day away!

Alpha Male

Each year we have a week-long event that allows members to nominate men on campus to be our Alpha Male. Our Alpha Male is someone whom we see as a big brother, who also embodies our values and is a friend to all Alpha Phis.

Meet our current 2022-2023 Alpha Male, Tim Reed! Tim is a member of Beta Theta Pi Fraternity and is majoring in Civil Engineering. And his Mom is an Alpha Phi alum! He is the sweetest, kindest, and most loving guy on campus! We love you, Tim!
